Arrival & Entry

On arrival, please proceed to the front gates in an orderly manner with your digital ticket ready or printed ticket ready to show volunteers on the gate. If your ticket is on your phone, please ensure you download the ticket or screenshot it before the event as reception on site can be limited.

Wildlands 2021 is held at the Brisbane Showgrounds, Bowen Hills QLD.
Brisbane Showgrounds is located 1.5KM away from the Brisbane CBD and walking distance from the Fortitude Valley.
Brisbane Showgrounds is a 10 Minute walk from either Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley train stations. Bus Access is also available, with stops in the surrounding streets.
Uber/Taxi/Rideshare are also available.
Grapevine will be selling return bus tickets, departing from Federation Square, Ringwood Station, Frankston Station and Geelong Station.
All buses depart towards Grapevine from your selected location at your selected departure time.
All buses depart from the event back to your selected departure location as they fill up if you'd like to leave early or else at the end of the event from 10pm.

Many partygoers organise a party bus / private van. If you intend on doing this, you will need to purchase a party bus / private van pass. Only one pass is needed per vehicle. Head to the main ticketing page to purchase.
It is also possible to drive in your own car to the festival. There will be free parking available on site.
There will also be designated pickup and drop off zones.
If you plan on traveling by Taxi or Uber, please remain in your vehicle until you arrive at, the designated drop off zone.
It is recommended that you have another form of transport organised for the end of event. Due to the location of Grapevine, there will not be many taxis/Ubers available.
What to Bring

To ensure your day runs smoothly, it is recommended that you bring along:
- Tickets and valid ID (Name MUST match)
- Cash and cards
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat
- Portable phone charger - for all your happy snaps.
- A small bag
- Good vibes
Banned Items

Alcohol, glass (perfume bottles under 100ml are permitted), food, soft drinks, metal cutlery, bottle openers, cans, more than 100ml of liquid (sunscreen, perfume, makeup), hydration packs or bladders, skateboards, milk crates, containers of liquid fuel, water pistols, weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, professional recording devices, laser lights, studded clothing apparel, any other items considered illegal or dangerous, animals, umbrellas, eskys, backpacks larger than an A4 piece of paper, shopping trolleys, camping chairs, deck chairs, bean bags, air beds, tables, tents, sun shades, aerosols.
Attempting to bring these banned items into the event may result in confiscation or denied entry.
Public Transport

Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from the venue.
Trains
Best metro train stations are Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley.
Trains run all throughout the day and evening, with the last trains leaving 3:45am

There will be a dedicated RIDESHARE drop off and pick up locations at the event. This will be located Alexander street.
Parking

If you and your friends are driving please make sure you have a designated driver. More information regarding your best parking options can be found here.

We strive to make the event accessible for everyone, however, please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and is at times uneven.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and committed volunteers. Without the hard-work and dedication of these keep the music alive, create a lifetime of memories and make this event possible!

Medical & Wellbeing
There will be full medical facilities available on site from St John’s Ambulance. Their tent will be easily visible on site. If you have any trouble finding our first aid tents, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff for assistance.

If you find anything at the event please drop off all found lost property to any of the following locations: Bars, Cloakroom, Merch or Entry Gate.
If you have lost anything please contact the venue 24 hours after the event.

Companion Cards

Upon presentation of a Companion Card at entry to the event, ticket purchasers are entitled to an additional ticket for their respective carer.
The Companion Card must be presented alongside the issued ticket to gain entry to the event.
Dedicated entry lanes will be available to those in possession of a Disability Card or Companion Card.
Guide Dogs are permitted on the festival grounds to valid Disability Card or Companion Card holders.
Food

We aim to cater for all dietary requirements. There will be vegan, gluten free and healthy options available at the event.
Cloakroom

There will be a cloak room available inside the event. Charges will apply to cloak and access you belongings.
