To ensure the validity of your ticket, Wildlands has a names on tickets policy! If you need to process a name change, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Tixel
2. Click on ‘Sell your tickets’
3. Choose ‘PDF file’
4. Upload your ticket(s) file
5. Adjust the price slider to $1
6. Before final confirmation (in step 4), select the 'private listing' option
7. Please note that a $20 ticket transfer administration fee has been set for this event. We will automatically add this to your sale price of $1.
8. Send your unique private listing link to your friend (the new attendee)
9. Get your friend to purchase the ticket and fill in their details
10. The ticket will be reissued in your friend's name!

Unfortunately, Wildlands has a strict no refund policy.

However, if you’re no longer able to join us on our Wild expedition, you can resell your ticket on Tixel!

Wildlands accepts companion cards. You won’t need to contact us ahead of time to arrange a ticket. 

The person attending Wildlands will need to purchase a ticket to the event. On event day, head to the Box Office where our team will check the ticket - the Box Office will be located at the front entry gate. At this point, the support person will need to present their companion card for verification. Once this is complete, you will both be granted entry to Wildlands!
