Arrival & Entry
When you arrive at Wildlands, head to the gates with your ID in hand and your ticket ready to be shown to our gate staff. Bag checks and wristbanding will also take place here. To get you and your crew in as quickly as possible, we recommend saving a high quality screenshot of your ticket ahead of time or save the file to your phone!
Wildlands will only accept valid, current forms of identification under Western Australian law. These include:
- Australian Driver's Licence with photograph
- Passport
- Western Australian Proof of age card

Public Transport
Travel on public transport to and from Wildlands is included in your ticket!
HBF Arena Parklands Joondalup is within walking distance from Joondalup Train Station, on the Yanchep Line.
Patrons are strongly encouraged to use public transport.

Event Pick Up & Drop Off/Taxi/Rideshare
There will be a dedicated drop off and pick up point within walking distance of the venue, more details will be available closer to the event day.
Please note that there will be extensive road closures around the venue, please follow all signage and the directions of Traffic Controllers and Police.
Driving
Planning on driving to Wildlands? Parking in the vicinity is severely limited. Extensive road closures and parking restrictions will apply in surrounding areas. More information will be provided here closer to the event. Please pay close attention to street signs when parking your vehicle to ensure you are permitted to park for the duration of the event.
If you are driving to the event, please make sure you have arranged a designated driver ahead of time.
what to bring
To prepare for your day at Wildlands, we’ve got you sorted with our checklist:
- Valid identification/proof of age
- Cash and cards
- Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat to prepare for warm weather
- A jacket or jumper to keep you warm when the sun goes down
- Reusable water bottle
- A pair of comfortable shoes
banned items
Bags will be checked on arrival! Please ensure you have read the below list as banned items will be confiscated if found in your possession.
- Alcohol
- Aerosols
- Glass (this includes perfume and handheld mirrors)
- Hydration packs/bladders
- Skateboards, roller skates and rollerblades
- Fireworks and flares
- Professional recording devices and cameras with detachable lenses
- Umbrellas
- Eskys
- Bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper
- Camping chairs and tables
- Illegal drugs and weapons
- Food
Please note, bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper will not be permitted entry into the event. There is no cloaking available at Wildlands.
Accessibility
Wildlands strives towards inclusivity and ensuring our events are accessible for all!
HBF Arena Parklands in Joondalup consists of a combination of grassed ovals, concrete footpaths, car park asphalt and garden beds. While there are flat access routes throughout, in some areas near the car parking spaces there are kerbs. There may be some surfaces which are uneven or sloping and there may be loose gravel in some areas, which may be challenging to navigate - particularly in bad weather.
ARRIVAL
There will be a dedicated drop off point on arrival - please direct your driver to this point! On arrival, there will also be an accessible entry lane located closest to the Box Office. Drop off point will be updated soon.
ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
If the day ever becomes too much and you need some time out, please head to the Info Booth, medical tent or Crowd Care Tent. Here there will be a quiet, chill out space, and some friendly team members if you need someone to chat to - refer to the site map for this location.
AUSLAN
Auslan interpreters will be present at the main stage for the entirety of the day.
We are excited to share that we will have an accessible viewing platform at both Sahara and Summit stages! Please note, this platform is strictly reserved for those with accessibility requirements, space on this platform is limited and can not be reserved ahead of time.
Accessible toilets will also be available at the venue!
COMPANION CARD TICKETS
You can take these steps when purchasing your ticket.
- Firstly, select your desired entry ticket.
- Proceed to check-out.
- After purchasing tickets, please check the provided box, where you’re able to advise whether you have any accessible requirements.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
- Once you have submitted all your information, your tickets will be emailed to you.
- A questionnaire will be sent to the provided email address, that allows you to outline your accessible requirements. This also allows you to secure a companion card ticket online, by filling in your companion card holder details.
Please note that if you can not provide Companion Card details at this time, feel free to contact us as accessibility@untitledgroup.com.au and you’ll be able to secure one at the Box Office on the day of the event. enter at the time of checkout will need to be provided to gate staff upon entry to the event.
HIDDEN DISABILITIES
The Hidden Disability Sunflower is a way to share with our team and others attendees that you have a hidden disability. We will be providing Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyards from the Box Office at the entrance of the festival, available for anyone that would like to wear one throughout the day – you won’t need to disclose your disability in order to receive one. By wearing a Sunflower lanyard, you’re letting our team know that you might need extra help, understanding, or just some more time.

lost and found
If you lose an item during your time at Wildlands, please head to the Info Hub - our friendly staff and volunteers will do their best to assist in relocating your item.
After Wildlands concludes, a Lost Property website will become available for you to make a claim for any lost items not collected at the festival. Items of value (phones, wallets, identification and car/house keys) will be held until January 7, 2025. They can be claimed via our Lost Property website. If they are not collected on or before this date, items will be appropriately disposed of or donated. Clothing items, accessories, jewellery, makeup, fragrances etc will not be kept after the event.
food and drinks
Our bars will be stocked with popular alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, with beverages to suit everyone!
Keep your energy up at Wildlands with a range of delicious food options available, catering to most preferences and dietary requirements.
Water stations will be located around the venue. We strongly recommend bringing a reusable water bottle so you can fill up and stay hydrated throughout the day!
