Ticket Reservation allows you to skip the stress of the presale queue, and lock in your ticket for a guaranteed price, until allocation is exhausted. Ticket Reservation requires you to enter your debit or credit card details at the time of making the request. A hold will be placed on your card for the amount of your order, until they are processed at a later date. While we have a large allocation set aside for Ticket Reservation, we cannot guarantee 100% that everyone will be successful, if demand exceeds the available allocation.

You will be notified ahead of time if you are unsuccessful in reserving your ticket.

All patrons who are unsuccessful in the Ticket Reservation, will automatically receive access to the Main Presale, however we recommend being ready to purchase as soon as the Main Presale commences.

Yes, if you have a Companion Card, your carer is eligible for a complimentary Companion Card Holder Ticket, so they can accompany you at Wildlands.

You can redeem your Companion Card ticket online. More information will be shared once ticket information becomes available.

Unfortunately we do not offer complimentary birthday tickets, but we can’t wait to celebrate with you at Wildlands!

VIP tickets are a ticket add-on. You will need to purchase a General Admission ticket alongside your VIP ticket.

No, Wildlands Brisbane is an 18+ event. Those under 18 on event day will not be permitted entry, even if accompanied by a legal guardian.

There will be storage available for both GA and VIP patrons! Locations and further information will be available closer to the event.

To honour the deep connection to Country and thank First Nations communities for their ongoing care of the land, the Mobtix initiative at Wildlands offers complimentary or discounted tickets to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, allocated based on community connection/s.

There will be paid charging stations available with Ezycharge for GA patrons, and complimentary charging stations in VIP. Locations will be dropped closer to the event.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, we will monitor these closely with our patrons’ safety as the first priority. If there are changes to the festival due to extreme weather, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
