To ensure the validity of your ticket, Wildlands has a strict name on ticket policy - your ticket details must match your ID.
Please note, if you arrive onsite with a ticket that does not match the name on your ID, you will be required to pay a premium to update at the box office.

REFUND

Unfortunately, Wildlands has a strict no refund policy. If you purchased your tickets using Moshtix Ticket Insurance, you are covered for a variation of circumstances and can be granted a refund via Moshtix.
